Die Berliner K\u00fcnstlerin Birgit Hampel f\u00e4ngt mit ihren unscheinbaren Dosenkameras nicht weniger als die Essenz eines Ortes ein.<\/p>\n

Mit selbst hergestellten Lochkameras in verschiedenen Formaten und Belichtungszeiten von wenigen Tagen bis zu \u00fcber einem Jahr f\u00e4ngt sie Zeit und Raum ein \u2013 Zust\u00e4nde, die mit unserem Zeitempfinden und blo\u00dfem Auge nicht wahrnehmbar sind.[\/vc_column_text][vc_tta_accordion title_tag=“h4″ section_title_tag=“h5″ shape=“square“ color=“white“ active_section=“55″ no_fill=“true“ collapsible_all=“true“][vc_tta_section title=“Mehr lesen“ tab_id=“1660470315711-870b0786-2666″][vc_column_text]Im Inneren der Camera Obscura wirken die Gesetze der Physik. Die K\u00fcnstlerin nimmt sich zur\u00fcck und l\u00e4sst sich ein auf den verborgenen Prozess, dessen Ergebnis sie mit gespannter Demut \u00fcber Monate hinweg erwartet. In den extremen Langzeitbelichtungen verdichtet sich indessen die flie\u00dfende Wirklichkeit zu einem Konzentrat der vergehenden Zeit, festgehalten in Bildern, die manchmal unwirklich klar, manchmal mystisch verschwommen und manchmal irritierend alterslos wirken.<\/p>\n

Ein klassisches Foto friert einen Moment ein und h\u00e4lt ihn f\u00fcr immer fest. Die Bilder von Birgit Hampel sind anders. Sie verbinden eine gigantische Anzahl von Momenten und machen auf diese Weise sichtbar, was sich uns so in der Fl\u00fcchtigkeit des Augenblicks nicht zeigt. Jahreszeiten vermischen sich, der Lauf der Sonne malt \u00fcber Wochen und Monate konzentrische Kreise in den Himmel, Fl\u00fcchtiges verschwindet und gibt uns zu denken, Wiederholungen gewinnen an Bedeutung, was best\u00e4ndig ist, erscheint in surrealer Sch\u00e4rfe.<\/p>\n

Und auch der Zufall gestaltet mit: Unvorhersehbare R\u00fcckkopplungen aus Witterungseinfl\u00fcssen, Papierart, Staub oder Belichtungszeit verbinden sich mit der unbestechlichen Wahrheit der Dinge zu einem mitunter verst\u00f6renden Echo der Realit\u00e4t.<\/p>\n
